Last updated 2026-10-29. This policy explains how Kelker International (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Kelker", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiry form — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the system you are interested in and the details you type. The form is processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to enquiry@kelkerinternational.com.
- Email and WhatsApp — whatever you send us when you contact us directly.
- Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability. The embedded Google Map is served by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, visit your site and prepare a quotation
- To deliver and maintain the systems you order from us, including warranty and maintenance records
- To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to deliver the work — for example a manufacturer when registering a warranty, or our hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while we are discussing or delivering work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards; project and warranty records are kept for the life of the system plus the period required by law.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose.
