One of the largest logistics ELV installations in the Klang Valley — delivered in two phases and maintained by Kelker ever since.

The work

Across two phases Kelker installed a large IP CCTV system with a central control room, access control on all warehouse, office and dock doors, car-park barrier gates and lobby turnstiles, public address and a guard-tour system.

The site is now under a Kelker maintenance agreement covering preventive visits, breakdown response, upgrades and monthly health reports — including additional cameras, door access and car-park systems added as the operation grew.
