Regen Rehabilitation Hospital, Petaling Jaya

A full ELV package for a new rehabilitation hospital — every patient-facing and security system delivered by one team.

The work

Kelker delivered the complete ELV scope for the hospital: door access control for wards, pharmacy and staff areas; a zoned public-address system interfaced with the fire alarm; HD SMATV to patient rooms; nurse call with bed-head units, bathroom pull cords and nurse-station consoles; CCTV with hospital retention policy; intercom; and a synchronised master clock system.

The work was coordinated against the latest architectural and M&E drawings, with shop drawings submitted before installation, photo-logged progress and a full as-built and O&M handover for the hospital's facility team.
