Five residential blocks with a central CCTV control room, SMATV to every unit and access control — delivered on a government affordable-housing programme.
The work
Kelker designed and installed the IP CCTV system across all five blocks, car parks and common areas, with fibre backbones from each block to a central control room, NVRs per block and operator workstations. SMATV was distributed from a central headend to all units, and door access and car-park barrier gates were installed for residents and visitors.
The handover included camera-by-camera functional checklists with IP schedules, as-built drawings for CCTV and SMATV, O&M manuals and material approvals for the client's inspection.
