Can access control be connected to the fire alarm?

Yes. Doors on escape routes are wired to release on fire alarm, and we document the fail-safe / fail-secure setting of every door in the handover schedule.

Can staff use their phone instead of a card?

Most current systems support mobile credentials alongside cards and PIN. We set it up per user group so you can phase it in.

Do you integrate with CCTV?

Yes — door events can trigger camera pop-ups and bookmarks in the VMS so your security team sees who badged in.

What happens when the power fails?

Controllers and locks run on battery-backed power supplies; we specify the backup time in the design and test it at commissioning.
